- Denyo Kogyo Limited was founded and set up a factory in Zenkoji, Kofu in Yamanashi.
- December, 1976
- As sales increased, the company was restructured to a joint-stock company.
- April, 1982
- Yokohama branch office opened.
- August, 1986
- Along with the expansion of the company's factory, the main office and factory were relocated to the current location.
- May, 1991
- Nagoya branch office opened.
- December, 1992
- Yokohama branch office was relocated and reopened as Kanagawa branch office.
- December, 1997
- The main factory was expanded. The company commemorated its 30th anniversary.
