Awarded the Incentive Prize at the 6th YAMANASHI Working Style Award (FY2024)

On Friday, February 7, 2025, at 2:30 PM, our Executive Director, Toshiyuki Nakamura, received an award from Mr. Furusawa, Director General of the Diversity Promotion and Human Resources Development Bureau of Yamanashi Prefecture, at the Onshirin Memorial Hall. It is a great honor to receive this award following our double certification for promoting women’s empowerment and health management last year. This award recognizes companies that are actively promoting a comfortable working environment, providing support for childcare and nursing care, and utilizing diverse human resources.

With the declining number of young workers in Japan, it is no exaggeration to say that creating a comfortable workplace where diverse human resources can thrive will determine the future of our company. We will continue our ongoing efforts to provide a comfortable working environment, regardless of race, gender, age, disability, or illness.

Encouraged by this Incentive Award, we will continue to strive for even greater heights.
