December, 1967: Denyo Kogyo Limited was founded and set up a factory in Zenkoji, Kofu in Yamanashi.
December, 1976: As sales increased, the company was restructured to a joint-stock company.
April, 1982: Yokohama branch office opened.
August, 1986: Along with the expansion of the company’s factory, the main office and factory were relocated to the current location.
May, 1991: Nagoya branch office opened.
December, 1992: Yokohama branch office was relocated and reopened as Kanagawa branch office.
December, 1997: The main factory was expanded. The company commemorated its 30th anniversary.
April, 2000: Saitama branch office opened.
February, 2001: Denyo Machinery & Electronics (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. was established in Kunshan Economic & Development Zone in Kunshan City, Jiang Su Province, China.
August, 2004: Awarded ISO9001:2008 certificate.
August, 2005: Denyo North America Inc. was established.
April, 2006: Saitama branch office was relocated to Utsunomiya city in Tochigi prefecture. It was reopened as Northern Kanto branch office.
March, 2007: Denyo India Pvt. Ltd. was established.
November, 2010: Received award of excellence for Yamanashi Industry Award “Manufacturing Award Section” (“Monozukuri Award Section”).

February, 2014: Denyo Asia Co., Ltd. was established.

May, 2015: Denyo Asia Co., Ltd. has relocated to the current location.
